We provide support services to NDIS participants who are either self-managed or plan-managed
NDIS Services
The NDIS participants receive yearly budgets specific to their own requirements that can be used against the services they need for their daily needs. This budget can be managed in one or more following ways:
- By Themselves called Self-Managed.
- Through an NDIS Plan Manager called Plan-Managed.
- Through the NDIS called Agency-Managed.
Every NDIS budget approval is accompanied by an NDIS Plan to meet certain goals you wish to achieve to make your daily life easier.
Our Services
Household Tasks
Essential tasks that the participant is not able to undertake: meal preparation and delivery, house or yard maintenance, cleaning, and linen).
Participate Community
Assisting participants to participate actively in the community, social and civic activities; includes supporting participants during these activities, and developing participants’ ability to partake in these activities.
Assistance with Travel/Transport arrangements
We provide transport services to NDIS participants to get from A to B to meet their doctor or attend a social get-together or do shopping. This will enhance your community access.
Development of Daily Living and Life Skills
Development of daily living and life skills focuses on training and development activities undertaken by the participant or their carer to increase their ability to live as autonomously as possible, including supports that will enhance the ability of the participant to travel and use public transport independently.
Daily Personal Activities
Assisting with and/or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible. These individual supports can be provided in a range of environments, including but not limited to, the participant’s own home.
Daily Tasks/Shared Living
This registration group incorporates assistance with and/or supervising tasks of daily life in a shared living environment, which is either temporary or ongoing, with a focus on developing the skills of each individual to live as autonomously as possible. This registration group includes short-term accommodation and assistance (e.g. respite care). Supported Independent Living (SIL)
